2 men died when the motorcycle they were driving exploded in Hinthata City

Irrawaddy Division Hinthata Township, According to local residents, an explosion occurred near Duya village and Leppansu village on the night of yesterday, August 20, and two men were killed.

A local resident said that two men in their 30s were riding a motorbike that exploded, and the two men died on the spot.

“There was an explosion near the exit of Hinthata, so no one dared to go there. I don’t know who those two men are. I also heard it coming from the rear cover of the motorcycle. I’m not sure about that yet. I’m sure it came from the motorcycle,” the resident said.

After the explosion, military council troops and police arrived and conducted an inspection, according to the residents. When asked about the explosion incident, the public defense forces operating in Hinthata District were contacted and told that they are still investigating.
