Government of National Unity

  • United Bonds has reported that the government of National Unity is selling treasury bonds for the Karenni region.

  • National Unity Government The first meeting between the Central Committee for Interim Local Public Administration and the Kachin Political Interim Coordination Committee (KPICT) was held on August 19 at 7:00 p.m.

  • The UN Secretary-General’s special representative for Myanmar, Mrs. Nolin Heza, met with the coup leader Min Aung Hlaing, which is one of the requirements of her mandate, and the Special Advisory Council on Myanmar Affairs, SAC-M, has issued a statement that she hopes to have positive and legitimate discussions with the National Unity Government.

Revolutionary movements

  • Yangon, North Okkalapa District (2) Ward; Thumarlar (8) Street, August 20th in front of the Mahar A Tu La Shrine. At around 11:00 a.m., a house manager was shot with a gun, according to residents.

  • Yangon, Twan Tay Myo, New market district On August 20, a man who was selling goods in the Twan Tay Myo market was arrested. In the morning, a gunman opened fire at close range, according to local residents.
